The Future of IPA http://eepurl.com/N6qaT
Thank you for this wonderful community of talented artists! I enjoyed getting to know some of you through comments and was extremely amazed, bewildered, and inspired by the work that can be done with an iPhone (or other mobile device)! We are truly at the beginning of a new era with this technology and the minds that can innovate and create with the given tool. I will be a bit lost as I traverse the web looking for another pool of talent as I've seen here. You all will be missed, but I also look forward to what Nate has in store for expanding quality presentation methods, galleries, and networks for the mobile artist (and any digital artist?)!
Thank you for possibility to enjoy your amazing group! It is so sad, because it was so short time for me. Wish you all the best!
After seeing IPA's announcement and learning that you are planning on shutting down this portion of the site, I decided to delete all my images but 2 of them. I just visited the site to find out that I am the Artist of The Day! What a treat. It's quite bittersweet, actually. Thank you, Nate amend Daria. I am truly honored.
I have enjoyed my time here, have connected with wonderful artists, have visited your exhibition in Santa Monica, have met Nate, Nate has come to my exhibition and you've had a successful kickstarter for your wonderful project.
I may have moved quickly to take down my images but I didn't want to see them disappear! I'll look forward to seeing more good news on your progress. Hope to see you in the her future.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I am wondering if anyone has some suggestions for HOW to move art from this space to another space. I have tried to move some things from here to my desktop, but I am losing resolution and ending up with a very small image. I also am getting an error message that says the pieces all have the same name. I don't know how to change the name as I am moving them. I guess I am a techno dinosaur and can't get some things saved that I want to save prior to Feb 24! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
It's bittersweet, but I'm most excited about the possibilities! I send my sincere and heartfelt thanks to Nate and Daria for the heart and soul and integrity they've put into everything they do, and I look forward to following them on their new journey. Best of luck to you both!
I will be at www.mobitog.com - another wonderful and welcoming community passionate about mobile photography. I hope to see you all there! :D

Help us keep IPA thriving by supporting our kickstarter campaign in any way you can:
You can contribute as little as $1, and we have some fantastic rewards for our backers.
Please share the campaign on your social networks to show friends and family what you do, and why it's important.
A quick note to let everyone know that there may be a temporary pause in uploads to IPA today. We are working on a few things and will let you know as soon as uploading is back to normal.
I have a cool opportunity for artists who are great with the ArtRage app-- especially if you are able to be in the New York, Houston, SF Bay, or So Cal areas.
If you are interested in the details please email me-- Nate@iPhoneArt.com
Wow -- thank you so much for this honor! I am new to IPA and have been enjoying exploring the virtual gallery walls of this amazing place -- so much talent! Thank you for creating such a welcoming, enriching environment for alternative artists.
Thank you so much for this selection. I'm so proud to be featured for a second time as AOTD. This is a great support and make me more confident.
As some may already know, we had a very unexpected situation arise this weekend that affected a handful of accounts. We are working around the clock to restore the accounts, and put in several additional safety measures into effect to insure this cannot happen again. So if you notice a few of your fiends are MIA... know they will be back with us soon. We can't thank you enough for supporting us over the years. Just know we are working hard to make this a great community that has the potential to build strong relationships and present opportunities for everyone reading this post.
Thank you to the IPA administrators for the AOTD designation & for their ongoing hard work which continues to provide us all with this wonderful showcase for our images.
